Our Pledge to our Customers

We understand that sometimes you order a product that ends up not being a perfect fit.  Therefore, we are committed to working with our customers to provide products that meet their individual needs.  

If you have received an item from the Active Lifestyle Store, and are dissatisfied with it, please contact Customer Service at (877) 879-9050, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.   Our team will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Some items have specific Exchange & Return policies, so please familiarize yourself with these noted below.

CPAP and Portable Concentrator Batteries

If you purchased the wrong battery, you may request an exchange for the correct one within 7 days of receipt.  The customer will pay for the difference (if any) in retail price, as well as the shipping costs.  We do NOT offer refunds on any battery due to the potential that the battery has been used and is no longer considered NEW.  

CPAP and Bipap Machines

We do not offer refunds on cpap and bipap machines. If you received a defective unit, we will exchange it for a new one within 5 days of the delivery.

Portable Oxygen Concentrators

We do not offer refunds on Portable Oxygen Concentrators.  If you received a defective unit, we will exchange it for a new one within 5 days of the delivery.


Returns For All Other Items

We will accept the return of any item not specifically noted above, provided it is unused, unopened, and in New, Resalable condition, and returned within 30 days of the date the item(s) are delivered. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature, and packaging in the same salable condition in which it was received.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order. 

Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification.  Please use the Returns Center to request a product return.

Incorrect items shipped because of the Active Lifestyle Store’s error, or items with a manufacturing defect, will not be charged the shipping or restocking fee.  


Once an order has shipped, the order can not be cancelled but you may request a return once it arrives at it's destination. 

Damaged Items

Once your package arrives, please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 72 hours of receiving your items. In this case, a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs upon return of the damaged item(s).

Manufacturer Warranties

All new products come with a manufacturer warranty.  Should you experience an issue that is covered under the manufacturer warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact us at (877) 879-9050 for assistance .  You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on warranty work.
