We understand that sometimes you order a product that ends up not being a perfect fit.  Therefore, we are committed to working with our customers to provide products that meet their individual needs.  From portability, to warranty coverage, to cost, our team works with you to find just the right product.  With our generous Exchange and Return terms, you can shop with confidence knowing we are here to help you find just the right product to fit your needs.

Return Information

If you have received an item from the Active Lifestyle Store, and are dissatisfied with it, please contact Customer Service at (877) 879-9050, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.   Our team will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Portable Oxygen Concentrators 

The Active Lifestyle Store offers a 30-day exchange and return period. Once you receive your concentrator, we encourage you to try it out to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen and lifestyle needs. If you find that it does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another model with no penalties - you simply pay the return shipping fees. You must call within 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange (limited to one exchange).  Exchanges and returns are limited to 10 hours of use during the trial period. 

If you prefer to return your portable concentrator for a refund, a request for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of purchase. Only returns with an authorized return number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your Return Notification and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The portable concentrator must have no more than 10 hours of post-manufacturer usage. Approved Returns will receive a full refund of product purchase price less original shipping costs and a $49 handling and processing fee.

Exchanges and Returns must include all original packaging and products must be in new condition without defects including scratches. Equipment may only be used in a SMOKE-FREE environment. We will not accept the return or exchange of any equipment that smells of smoke and no refunds will be provided. 

For All Other Items

We will accept the return of any item provided it is unused, in resalable condition and returned with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date the item(s) are shipped. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature, and packaging in the same salable condition in which it was received. All returns on new items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns of Previously-Owned or Used equipment purchased from us are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  Incorrect items shipped as a result of the Active Lifestyle Store’s error, or items with a manufacturing defect, will not be charged the restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Refunds are issued once product has been received and inspected in our warehouse.  Refunds are issued in the same form as payment used. 

Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification.


Once an order has shipped, there will be a $100 restocking fee for deliveries that are cancelled or refused, or any unopened package that is returned by the shipping carrier. 

Damaged Items

Once your package arrives, please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 72 hours of receiving your items. In this case, a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.
