So, if your POC needs repair while under the manufacturer’s active warranty period, we will provide you with a comparable loaner, free of charge, while your unit is being repaired. This is an important benefit because factory repairs can take up to 6 weeks and you don’t want to be without your portable concentrator for that long.
With this program, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with getting the loaner to and from your home. There is a flat fee shipping fee of $89 which includes appropriate insurance on the shipments while in transit. Customer will pay this fee prior to shipment of the loaner unit and will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label to return the loaner when your unit is repaired.
